Grilled Peaches with Balsamic & Vegan Goat Cheese

– Slice peaches into 1/2" wedges and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Grill each side on a hot skillet, about 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a serving dish, crumble Peaceful Rebel Goat cheese, and add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if using.
